A check in follows on from an inventory, any changes to the property will be noted down and all meter readings will be recorded in this document for the tenant and landlord.

If Carlton Fox does the inventory then we will go through the inventory with the new tenant and mark all changes in the check in report. Once the report has been made we get the tenant to sign and send the check in to the landlord/agency where all pages can be signed and dated together to say every one is in agreement of the property.
